All thermal load calculations, psychrometric analyses, airflow volume simulations, and HVAC equipment specifications prepared by Kelvin HVAC represent professional engineering recommendations based upon diagnostic site variables supplied by the client or verified during on-site inspections.

All technical advisories published within our technical blog or online resources are provided for informative architectural reference and do not replace certified on-site mechanical calculations.

All proprietary mechanical designs, ventilation airflow diagrams, acoustic dampening methodologies, digital calculation models, custom CAD layouts, and written content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kelvin HVAC and its engineering partners.

• Clients are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize engineering blueprints exclusively for the singular specified project address.
• Redistribution, commercial resale, public dissemination, or unauthorized reproduction of custom mechanical plans is strictly prohibited.

Kelvin HVAC reserves the unilateral right to suspend active on-site mechanical operations or terminate ongoing service agreements should safety hazards remain unaddressed or contractual payment obligations enter default status.
